Our dive school and main office is centrally located in idyllic fisherman’s village, Bophut, which is situated at the most northern point of Koh Samui Island. Our school is ideally located at the closest point to the regions world famous dive sites, of Koh Phangan, Koh Tao and Anthong Marine National Park. We offer a full range of dive trips, tours and courses, with both PADI and SSI instruction and certification. Our courses include, Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, E.F.R. through to a range of professional qualifications including Divemaster.

We further enhance our customer service with two further dive offices, again centrally located at the two most popular Koh Samui beaches of Chaweng and Lamai. We have fully qualified diving staff available at these offices to assist with any facets of dive tours or training planning. All Bophut Dive School facilities have a full range of the world’s latest recreational and technical diving equipment, for either rent or sale.

My favorite dive shop in Thailand. I dive with them several times a year and have never had a bad experience. They have great boats and crews, quality equipment, and always pick the best places to dive based on the conditions. I highly recommend it.

Learning to dive with Bophut Diving School

One of the greatest thrills of my life has been watching my grandson recently complete his BubbleMaker Course with Bophut Diving School.

This brilliant little kid’s name is Ananda just turning 8 years old, and to be with him diving, while watching my son teaching him is the ultimate for an old diver like me.

Kids of this age have no fear, and Ananda just loved the experience in Japanese Gardens Koh Tao. Conditions were great. He felt absolutely confident surrounded by people he trusted.

My only problem now is wants to be on the boat all the time, and forever is asking when is Granddad going to buy him his first piece of kit.

Excellent dive school with English and French speaking dive instructors. They are based in Fisherman's Village opposite the Frog & Gecko near to Eden Bungalows.
