Welcome to Big Blue Diving Resort, a PADI and SSI Diamond Dealer Instructor Training Facility with a bit of class & character! Established in 1991, over 17 years ago, we have grown from a small beachside shop at the end of the pier to one of South East Asia’s leading Dive operators. In fact when the founder decided to build his new Dive Resort at the northern end of Sairee Beach in 1991 the locals thought he was very brave for building that far up the beach and that he’d struggle to make a success of his Dream dive shop.
Now in addition to a very successful dive shop we also have our own restaurant, bar, air-conditioned classrooms, and the largest fleet of dive boats in Koh Tao, making the most amount of daily departures from the beach, right outside our resort.

Technical Diving in Thailand with Big Blue Tech
Welcome to the website of Big Blue Tech, the dedicated technical training and exploration diving division of Big Blue Diving in Thailand.
We offer Technical Diver Courses, Cavern Diver and Cave Diver Courses, CCR Rebreather Diver Courses, Dive Medic and Scuba Engineer Training from several internationally recognized training agencies including TDI, BSAC and SDI. We are based on Koh Tao Island but provide training throughout Thailand and South East Asia.
We provide our customers with technical diving expeditions to shipwrecks, caves and caverns, deep walls and desintaions all around thailand including the Similan Islands and Khao Sok National Park with all gas mixes including Nitrox and Trimix with Helium.
Located in four places in Thailand with our main resort in Koh Tao, you can find our offices in Bangkok, Khao Lak and Chumphon giving you several options for technical diving
We provide equipment repair, sales and service for all major technical diving equipment and systems along with certification courses for technicians.
