M/Y Genesis 1 has been at the forefront of liveaboard diving expeditons in Thailands Andaman Sea for many years. She is an 83 foot steel mono-hulled yacht with 5 double cabins and 2 single cabins, each with independent air-conditioning and panoramic seaview window. The large party deck and spacious sundecks, entertainment centre, music and movie library ensure maximum comfort and enjoyment.

To maintain the highest level of comfort and service on your expedition, Genesis provides unlimited diving from a sea level platform, dinghy pick up, a watermaker for camera and equipment rinsing, hot showers, Thai and Western cuisine and a crew of eight to ensure all needs are satisfied. Your days are spent diving, dozing and dining. Your evenings slip away as you look at newly developed underwater slides, view the daily dive video or swap tall tales with other divers from around the world.

The Genesis liveaboard trip offers three destination options:
- 3 day tour of the Similan Islands
- 3 day tour to Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, Koh Surin & Richelieu Rock
- 6 days/5 nights to Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, Koh Surin, Richelieu Rock & Similan Islands (1 night between consecutive trips on board in the harbor)

Sun worshippers will enjoy relaxing on either of the two sundecks. The upper sundeck is the best place to view magestic tropical sunsets. The bridge window is perfect for taking in the pleasant ocean breeze.


All 5 double cabins and 2 single cabins are fitted with individually-controlled aircon units and bunk beds. The panoramic windows provide you with a fantastic view at the sunrise. The bathroom facilities meet European standard with 2 western-style toilets and freshwater showers.

As your well-being is emphasized on board the Genesis, you'll be be delighted by our superb Thai cuisine prepared and served daily.



There is plenty of space for your dive equipment on our 16 sqm dive deck. The dive platform is located at waterlevel, ensuring a comfortable entry into the water. The Genesis has a central compressor station beneath the deck, which has the advantage of near silent filling. Due to the capacity of the compressors, you won't need to change your tank as we'll refill it after every dive.

The electrical recharge station will ensure that your torch is always ready for the next dive.
